  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or using services provided by Viet-Net Travel Inc. (“Viet-Net Travel,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

  1. Nature of Services

Viet-Net Travel acts as an independent travel agency and intermediary between customers and third-party service providers, including but not limited to:

  • Airlines
  • Government agencies
  • Immigration authorities
  • Visa processing centers
  • Passport authorities

We do not own, operate, or control airlines, government agencies, or third-party vendors.

AIRLINE TICKET SERVICES

  1. Airline Responsibility

All airline tickets are subject to the terms, conditions, and fare rules of the issuing airline.

Viet-Net Travel is not responsible for:

  • Flight delays
  • Cancellations
  • Schedule changes
  • Denied boarding
  • Overbooking
  • Baggage loss or damage
  • Airline bankruptcy
  • Force majeure events (weather, strike, government restrictions, etc.)

All changes, refunds, and penalties are governed by airline policy.

  1. Fare Rules & Changes
  • Many tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Name corrections may not be allowed.
  • No-show penalties may apply.
  • Change fees and fare differences may apply.

Customers are responsible for reviewing fare rules before purchase.

Once ticket is issued, all modifications are subject to airline approval.

  1. Schedule Changes

Airlines may change or cancel flights at any time.

Viet-Net Travel will assist in rebooking when possible but does not guarantee:

  • Same flight time
  • Same routing
  • Same fare
  • Same seating

Final authority remains with the airline.

VISA, EVISA & IMMIGRATION SERVICES

  1. No Guarantee of Approval

Viet-Net Travel assists in preparing and submitting applications but:

  • We do NOT issue visas.
  • We do NOT control immigration decisions.
  • We do NOT guarantee approval.

Approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant government authority.

  1. Customer Responsibility

Customer is solely responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Providing valid passport
  • Ensuring passport validity (typically 6+ months)
  • Verifying visa type (single/multiple entry)
  • Meeting entry requirements

Viet-Net Travel is not liable for:

  • Denied entry
  • Incorrect information provided by customer
  • Expired passport
  • Failure to meet travel requirements
  1. Visa Validity & Entry

Visa validity does not guarantee entry. Border officers have full authority to deny entry.

Viet-Net Travel is not responsible for:

  • Refused entry
  • Deportation
  • Immigration penalties

PAYMENT TERMS

  1. Payments

All payments must be made in full before service completion.

Service fees charged by Viet-Net Travel are separate from:

  • Airline fares
  • Government visa fees
  • Third-party charges

Service fees are generally non-refundable once service has commenced.

  1. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback for services properly rendered.

In case of a dispute:

  • Customers must contact Viet-Net Travel directly first.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in collection action and legal remedies.

DOCUMENTS & DELIVERY

  1. Document Accuracy

Customer must review all tickets, visas, and documents immediately upon receipt.

Any errors must be reported within 24 hours.

Failure to notify us within 24 hours releases Viet-Net Travel from liability.

  1. Electronic Communications

By using our services, you consent to receive documents electronically.

Customer is responsible for printing and carrying required travel documents.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  1. Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Viet-Net Travel shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Lost profits
  • Emotional distress
  • Missed connections
  • Travel disruptions
  • Immigration decisions

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount of service fees paid to Viet-Net Travel.

  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Weather events
  • War
  • Government actions
  • Airline strikes
  • Pandemics
  • System failures

Visa and immigration information provided is general guidance only and does not constitute legal advice.

GOVERNING LAW

  1. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.

Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Massachusetts.

CHANGES TO TERMS

  1. Modifications

Viet-Net Travel reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
