This policy explains applicable service fees, refund conditions, and transaction-related terms associated with travel bookings.
Refund & Service Fee Policy
Viet-Net Travel Inc.
Effective Date: 20 Feb, 2026
- General Policy
All service fees charged by Viet-Net Travel Inc. (“Viet-Net Travel,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) are compensation for professional time, administrative work, document preparation, communication, and submission assistance.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, service fees are non-refundable once processing has begun.
Government fees and third-party charges are governed by the respective authority’s refund policy.
VISA & EVISA SERVICES
- Visa Processing Fees
Viet-Net Travel provides assistance in preparing and submitting visa or immigration applications. We do not control or guarantee approval.
The following are NON-REFUNDABLE:
- Service fees after submission
- Service fees after documents are reviewed
- Service fees once application preparation has started
- Expedited processing fees
- Re-submission fees due to customer error
- Government Fees
Government visa fees are:
- Determined by the issuing authority
- Non-refundable once submitted
- Subject to change without notice
Viet-Net Travel is not responsible for government refusal decisions.
- Application Denial
If a visa or immigration application is denied:
- Government fees are not refundable
- Service fees remain non-refundable
- Additional applications will require new service fees
Approval decisions are solely made by the relevant government authority.
- Incorrect Information Provided by Customer
No refund will be issued if denial, delay, or additional costs result from:
- Incorrect passport information
- Incomplete documentation
- False statements
- Failure to disclose prior immigration history
- Expired or damaged passport
Customer is solely responsible for accuracy of submitted information.
AIRLINE TICKET SERVICES
- Airline Refund Rules
Airline tickets are subject to the fare rules of the issuing airline.
Viet-Net Travel does not control airline refund policies.
- Non-refundable tickets remain non-refundable
- Refunds are subject to airline penalties
- Change fees and fare differences may apply
- Processing time is determined by the airline
- Agency Service Fees for Tickets
Viet-Net Travel service fees for:
- Ticket issuance
- Ticket reissue
- Schedule change assistance
- Refund processing
are non-refundable once the ticket is issued or reissued.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation Before Processing
If cancellation is requested before any work has started, a refund may be considered at our sole discretion, minus any processing or administrative fee.
“Work started” includes:
- Reviewing documents
- Preparing forms
- Communicating with authorities
- Submitting applications
PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
- No Unauthorized Chargebacks
By purchasing services, customer agrees:
- Not to initiate a chargeback for services properly rendered
- To contact Viet-Net Travel first to resolve disputes
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
- Collection action
- Recovery of chargeback fees
- Legal remedies permitted by law
PROCESSING TIMES
- Processing Estimates
Processing times displayed on our website are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Government backlog
- Airline system issues
- Incomplete documents
- Public holidays
- Force majeure events
Delays do not qualify for refund.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Maximum Liability
In all cases, Viet-Net Travel’s total liability shall not exceed the service fee paid directly to Viet-Net Travel.
We are not liable for:
- Lost travel opportunities
- Missed flights
- Immigration refusal
- Emotional distress
- Indirect or consequential damages
FINAL AUTHORITY
- Discretion
All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Viet-Net Travel and in accordance with:
- Airline policies
- Government regulations
- Internal service procedures
